First birthday cake smash sessions are a fun way to celebrate your baby turning one and mark the end of their first year.
These sessions capture your little one’s growing personality, along with the connection you share as a family.

What to expect
First birthday sessions take place in the studio and are relaxed, baby-led, and unhurried. Each session naturally flows in two parts:

- Baby-only photographs, including clean portraits, the cake smash, and a splash session
- Family photographs, capturing cuddles, play, and interaction together.

You’ll receive a beautiful mix of images of your baby alone and together as a family.

You’ll choose your preferred colour scheme or theme ahead of time, and everything else is taken care of.
A coordinating balloon garland and a beautifully made smash cake are provided, styled to complement your chosen colours.
